The Josoor Institute is excited to deliver a three-week Executive Development Programme in 2019. The programme, aimed at mid-senior level leaders within Qatar’s football family, is designed to provide attendees with practical, first-hand experience with some of the most high-performing organisations in sport. Taking place in non-consecutive weeks across 2019, the schedule will begin with a full week in Doha, before attendees travel to the United States for Week 2 and the United Kingdom for Week 3. As part of the agenda, delegates will take part in executive coaching sessions and academic classroom workshops with one of the world’s leading universities. Additionally, participants will gain VIP access to the full Leaders Week London 2019 programme, inclusive of private, closed-door sessions.

The programme will provide

  • Unprecedented access to some of the most senior leaders in the global sports industry, as well as some of the most prominent organisations in sport
  • Practical experience paired with tangible skill development designed to expedite the growth of individuals attending and improve their effectiveness in day to day business
